Intuition: You've Got It, Use It!
The intuition informs abruptly. In an instant, a person can know something to be true, understand something new. Many people have an intuitive flash as they’re falling asleep or waking up. Perhaps this is because their psychological defense systems are down, and they are available for a deeper range of communications.
Tarot
Each tarot layout rests on a map, as all divination systems do: in palm reading, the palm of your hand is the map, with different regions associated with different planets, and the lines on your hand rest on this planetary map. The tarot cards can have many maps: three cards for “past, present, and future”, four for “fire, water, air, earth”, and even if people are just pulling one card, it is with the understanding that the answer comes from an authoritative consciousness that knows; the fact that the answer comes from spirit – a communication from a higher consciousness – is the map.
Psychic Mediumship
The way I experience mediumship is often during the process of getting ready for a client. By inviting in anything that’s relevant, the spirit of someone who has passed can make their presence known. It’s always for a reason that they’re there… they are relevant to ongoing circumstances, or there’s something that can be healed; guilt can be relieved, misunderstandings cleared up, etc.
